Located in a 4000sf former print shop in Oakland’s Chinatown, Real Time and Space (RTS) is comprised of 15 work-only artist studios, one of which is dedicated to the RTS Residency, accompanied by communal wood shop and printmaking facilities. The RTS residency support artists, art thinkers (like curators, editors, and critics), and designers of the Bay Area and beyond. By introducing and sharing our space with local, national and international individuals we are able to enhance our own art community and that of the greater Bay Area.
